This TV features a crisp, clear LCD display and the inherent benefits of LED-backlighting: better contrast and less power consumption. Samsung LED TV problem!!
an engineer said it could be a signal issue, but it can’t be as I’ve checked my settings and I have the best signal strength available in my area with and without this problem. It’s a brand new Samsung UE40B6000 LED TV. HELP!!
