  The best TV for surround sound setup is the Bang & Olufsen BeoVision models. They are very expensive, but work the best (My mom and dad have one in their boat). If you’re looking for something in the price range of your two ebay examples, than I would go with the first one. But try to find a seller that has pictures. Or read his feedback. Even if his feedback was good, than I would still try to find one with pics.
