I have developed feelings for this great guy, but he has a girlfriend. BUT I think he likes me.?

Okay I’m sorry if this is long but any answers are appreciated!
When I first met this guy he was so incredibly sweet, he was like "you are soo gorgeous, wow" (i’m not trying to be mean or anything, just to tell you what he said!) lol
And when I was first getting to know him (all the time I’ve known him he has had a girlfriend) he would say “wow, you look so beautiful today” or stuff like that.
I’ve gotten to know this guy at the end of this school year (it’s summer now) and we both volunteered at a camp together and he was so flirty with me the whole time. He would pretend to trip me and say "you gotta stop falling for me!" and little things like that, and even my friend would say he would be flirting with me. And whenever I saw him he would always wink at me or touch me/hug me. And I saw him with the little kids and I just about died because he was so good with children and that made me start to like him. Plus he’s very cute, funny, and such an incredibly sweet guy. I’ve never known a guy as nice and gentleman-like as him. After camp was over we hugged and said goodbye and then we started texting a lot over the summer. And one time he said something dealing with me being attractive and he tried to cover it up saying he wasn’t trying to hit on me and like I could tell he was nervous but anyways. One time I couldn’t sleep and he stayed up with me texting and we talked for a while. Another time we were texting which led to both of us watching a TV show at the same time and texting and talking about it. That was a lot of fun. haha. And also we would play video games and he would call me on the phone as we’d play them.
During this summer, his girlfriend was in this play and my best friend was also in it so we saw each other there and you know we said hi and gave each other hugs and what not. And my mom said that acted soo nervous around me and he was like "try to get seats in the K or L section" (i can’t remember) but stuff like that. And then as i turned around, my mom saw him directly check me out! haha And my mom/good friend says he’s definitely into me. I’m just confused because I feel bad we talk so much and yet he has a girlfriend. And I would never want to jeopardize there relationship or anything, it just sucks because I feel like we are both attracted to each other it’s just that he has a girlfriend. And when we text, I find it unusual that we talk to much and that he never talks about his girlfriend to me. Hmm.
We have a lot of the same interests and stuff and I’ve grown to really like him. So what do i do?
Do you think he likes me? Does he find me attractive?
Any guys reading this, give me advice!

I would say go with the flow but he does have a gf. I would keep your feelings on hold, don’t spill them out to him becuase chances are he will dump his gf for you, and you said you don’t want to jeopordize their relationship. I would remain friends with him, least that way he’s in your life

And yes, he does find you attractive! If he keeps saying how pretty you are then thats a clear sign that he likes you. Keep him as a friend, and then see where things lead, but don’t make him choose, and if he makes any sudden advances (i.e tries to kiss you etc) tell him no becuase its unfair on his gf. Maybe things might change between them and he might dump her for you
